We just had our master and guest bathroom remodeled and it turned out great. I was very anxious about the whole thing, but they communicated with me during the entire process and I always knew what was going on. We are beyond happy with the remodel David and his team did on our condo. They are really amazing and did a fantastic job remodeling our three bathrooms, replacing the floor of the entire condo, and helping transforming our den in a guess room. We had a great experience working with Ivan. I really appreciate him being super detail oriented and helpful during our project. The initial project was just a bathroom remodeling, but it turned into a pretty much whole house renovation with layout changes. With a good number of quotes we received on our remodeling project, GHIR Construction were definitely not on the cheap end but also definitely not the ones that want to cut corners and make easy money. We recently worked with Ivan and his team at GHIR Construction to completely remodel our primary bathroom. Throughout the project, they were always on time, responsive, extremely organized, and got the job done ahead of plan. We liked them so much we added a couple of additional projects and they took them all on while they were here. We now have an amazing new bathroom along with the other work they did.
