Unfortunately I didn’t have a similar experience to some other reviews on this page. There was a huge lack of communication, professionalism, completely missed timelines that affected me renting my property and withholding important documents in order for the job to be completed. Mark seems reasonable but is not. I would not recommend GHI for any renovation projects it was a disaster but purely for the kitec they were ok.

We've had the pleasure of working with Mark and his crew on two occassions. The first was to replace all of our Kitec piping in our condo. He gave us a very competitive quote and arrived on the exact day promised. Mark and his crew completed the job promptly and professionally and even gave us an engineer's report. We had GHI Developments replace the Kitec in our home. They were extremely efficient and professional over the 4 days that they spent doing the job. The remediation work they did was excellent to patch drywall and paint and we were very satisfied with the final result. Mark and his team were great and we would recommend them for your (re)development needs.

I have called upon Mark Griffin several times for various types of work, he can do pretty much anything. On this most recent job he drove 3 hours and stayed 4 days to lay flooring, deal with appliances, gas, plumbing etc. Always professional, very personable, extremely hard working, very knowledgable, and goes way out of his way to explain and suggest best practices. I highly recommend Mark and his team for all your home needs.

I have called upon Mark and Team GHI on three separate occasions. Mark was amazing every time, and performed the required repairs quickly, proficiently, and at a great price. I know that I can always count of him for any job, big or small, and would have no hesitation referring other people to him. Good contractors are hard to find.
