I live in a 35 year old HOA that for 30 years had HOA fees but no real oversight until people started complaining about dumpy residences, so they hired Ghertner about 3 years ago who has allowed a group of people to take it extremes. I have Been trying to get pool approval for 45 days from Ghertner and Architectural review Committee. They are horrible to deal with. Do not buy your home in Legends Crest Subdivision. The architectural Review committee will not reply within their stated 30 days and do not leave contact information for you to follow up. Ghertner and ARC are horrible and do not care about this subdivision. I have been reaching out for months about grass that the company is supposed to cut but no one has ever come. I call and no one ever gives me a call back when they say someone will. Our neighborhood sign took almost a year to build, it has finally been built and the lights have never worked. Not sure where the disconnect is but I have been nothing but respectful, so it is frustrating when nothing is being done.
They will lie to you and give you the run around. They delete bad reviews and will threaten you with legal with a useless lawyer. Run away and spend your money elsewhere. It takes about 8 of them to answer an easy question. Save yourself a headache.

This company is the worst and refused to call me back instead responded with email trying to smart and inaccurately stated there trash can rule made me wonder if he ever read it also rules apply for some residents not all chose not to buy or rent if they are home owner association
They get nothing... They are not easy to pay over the phone. Not good with helping people out.
