Had a 10 am appointment and they call an hour before I leave to cancel the appointment because the doctors no longer working there… How do you wait that long to cancel and give no alternative? Not to mention calling me to confirm said appointment days ago. Took half a day off from work to get there. This appointment was made MONTHS ago.
Bonnie is the best! She’s always there when I need her and she always gets back to me. If there’s a way to recognize, celebrate and reward her I’d strongly suggest and highly recommended that y’all do that!!!
