These guys are great. Edward came to diagnose my dishwasher, needed to order a part, returned the next day, and then - upon further diagnosis - discovered that the part was not necessary to fix the problem. He was totally upfront about it, didn't charge me for the part, and spent several patient hours diagnosing and fixing the problem. Super honest, super nice, super competent. So glad I called them!
