Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? Not at all Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? No, I had to call them myself Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? No, not at all Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
