The standard curriculum uses evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Every person in the program meets with an individual therapist and a psychiatrist at least once weekly. Although all individual care is different, the average length of participation in our program is two to four weeks. This behaviorial intensive outpatient program is located on the 2nd floor at the GHC Sauk Trails Clinic.
