I would give 10/5 stars instead of 5/5 if I could. Romeena was an excellent agent who helped us a lot not just purchase the home we've been searching for for months, but also guide us in the right direction. Her expertise is invaluable, her communications and responsiveness are unmatched. All in all, she's just a wonderful professional person who will get the job done and done right!
Working with Romeena was an absolute blessing. From day one, she guided my husband and me step-by-step through the entire process of buying our home. We didn’t know much about the area or the buying process, but she took the time to explain everything, answer all our questions, and make sure we felt confident in every decision. Romeena is a true expert in the market, but more importantly she is an amazing human who cares about her clients and their families above all else! She negotiated an amazing deal that allowed us to purchase a home in the incredibly heated Berekely market, and she did it with grace and poise. She expertly addressed challenges and went above and beyond in so many ways! Her heart and soul is in the real estate business and it shows through her work.
Romeena is professional, hard working, and thorough. She will fight for you, lay out all the cards, and help you make decisions that work best for you. She is responsive and will go beyond her duties to ensure the process is complete, which may entail putting pressure on parties that cause delays. Her knowledge of the real estate market, including financial aspects, will make her an asset to your team. Thank you Romeena for working hard for us!
