I know many will hear what a wonderful person he is…however I had a billing situation with his clerk…she failed to get prior insurance approval…of which I feel it’s time for her to retire…and asked for a piece of his time. Asking his clerk to schedule that time…with no response…then personally writing him directly …again with no response. This doctor failed to meet basic standards of at the least a courtesy phone call. Not the sort of doctor I want to recommend!
The work is good...however the billing clerk is not working for the patient.
Always pleasant experience. Mehdi has a nice touch, never rough. He cares and has even worked during his lunch hour when I was experiencing an emergency situation.
