I had an extremely negative experience with this law firm and would not recommend them. In my opinion, their billing practices were excessive, unreasonable, and very difficult to challenge. I received charges that I believe were completely disproportionate to the work performed, including what appeared to me to be thousands of dollars connected to responding to a single email. I worked with Mahyar personally on generating an LLC Operating Agreement. Although it took a little more time than I expected, the finished product was excellent. I highly recommend this firm.

This is not a boring and impersonal law office. Justin, the office manager, as well as several of the women, are so kind and caring, you forget you're speaking with a law office. They are extremely knowledgeable, as well. I really felt that Justin genuinely cares about this problem situation I'm experiencing with a contractor. They do not want to take your money, for nothing and will only have your best interest in mind.
