Worst law firm I have ever worked with. Extremely over charge and move you to different member as they work on things for you. Find someone else.
Mayhar and her firm were in charge of helping a company I am still %20 owner of draw up a buy sell agreement l ( no purchase necessary ) . I called her secretary and told her I was with Cura and I was the associate of Seth Fenn. She then went on telling me I had called and what their plan was to eliminate me from said company. Nobody is a criminal until you get lawyers involved . I would never trust these people for your business .
Mahyar and her team (particularly Justin) are professional, punctual, and fight extremely hard for their clients. I can attest first hand that they exhaust all resources to provide the best possible results for clients and they have the proven results to show for it. Strongly recommend!
