I was most impressed by Dr Molly and Dr Bachir today. I had the impression that I was important enough for them to find out what's wrong with me. I go back the day after Christmas for a procedure and results of tests. The staff was great. Linda

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star at this point. My daughter was seen last year in June 2023 and they were given all of the correct insurance information and yet they continue to bill an old insurance that my daughter no longer has. I have email the billing department front/back of our insurance cards and yet they still continue to bill an old insurance policy she no longer has. I have went in and dropped off copies of the current insurance and verbally told them she no longer has the old insurance and they say ok we will upd... read more

Dr. Bachir works at Prestige Urgent Care in Fresno. I took my son in for a broken bone and x-Rays last week, and he was so incredibly rude. He was talking so fast and when I started asking questions to make sure I was understanding his instructions correctly, he interrupted me EVERY time and said “I’m talking, let me finish before you speak.” That was the first red flag. The most disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with. It is now July of 2022 and they still refuse to have someone's spouse in the room with them. The reason we needed to be in there together was to make sure that I could take notes on what the specialist said as my spouse had a concussion and is suffering memory loss. Rude, rude, rude.
