Dealing with the staff at Dr. Fraij's office is very disappointing & frustrating. The doctor has consistently been a great provider but his incompetent staff is the reason we are switching doctors. We've called NUMEROUS times, as well as our pharmacy but they don't call in the refills. HE'S A HEART DOCTOR, my husband NEEDS his prescription refills, now, not eventually. This has happened repeatedly. I just had to leave another voicemail that will go unanswered.
