I have been seeing Dr. Aldurra the past 5 years. When I initially saw him It was my first hospitalization and I was very manic and unbalanced. I was diagnosed with bipolar 1. After seeing him the past 5 years, I have not been in the hospital once. He found the right medication to keep me balanced, well and happy. He has advised me on life choices that have made a huge difference in my happiness and mental health. I would not be where I am today, independent and doing well without him.
At time he is slightly late for appointment but never make me feel I am not very important and I know he spend quality time with his parents. He is great Doctor and I am blessed to have him as my psychiatrist
I've been sober for 5.5 years due to Dr.Aldurra's help. Thru medication and counseling sobriety was realized. Dr. Aldurra treated the mind and body. He has helped me and my family lead a happy life. Dr. Aldurra is knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and an expert in his field. I trust him completely.

Dr Aldurra has helped me tremendously! I've had other Drs do no more than write prescriptions, Dr Aldurra listens to what I have to say and then he gives me feedback. He remembers what I've told him in the past and he truly is concerned about my goals. I told him that I don't want to take medication & I don't want anything addictive. He respects my desire and he's helped me wean off of meds that another Dr had me taking. Thanks to God and Dr. Aldurra, I have my life back!!!
Dr. Aldurra was too quick with his diagnosis. He was judgemental. When asked about previous diagnoses made by other psychiatrist he completely dismiss them without even reviewing any records. He was a waste of my time, I needed a professional.
I finally found a psychiatrist who was actually invested in getting me well and for that my gratitude is beyond words.
Dr. Aldurra is very friendly. He often has students with him. While I understand the need, I'm not sure that it's appropriate every single time I'm there. His diagnosis of me (Bipolar) was pretty quick through a simple written test. The therapy was more updates and less really hard-hitting questions that helped me tackle any problems. I expected more for the money.
