I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Kind of, it was bearable but I was in pain Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

They also did NOT diagnose me wrong and was wanting me to pay up to $1000.00 to fix my problem (I had to go to another dentist to find out what was really wrong and it was their fault they made a pocket in my gum and didnt say a word to me about it and to fix my problem was only a couple dollars for a lil brush to keep my pocket cleaned out) I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable.
