I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? No Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was the dental equipment clean? Yes

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
