Beware the bait-and-switch. Brother Dave came out and did a site survey and was very eager to take on the job. After establishing the price and scope of the job we signed an agreement. Later brother Sunny came by and decided they couldn't do it for the agreed upon price; they would need another $4000. Wondering how people in business for 20 years can misjudge and misquote a job. Neither have returned my phone calls. You be the judge.
