I had and have again the honor of working for the Northwest Arkansas Profolio and I cant say it enough; Ghan and Cooper, Kathleen, and Amy do an amazing job managing the properities they have. They come on site often, they take care of their employees and watch out for the good of the residents and community. This company and their parent company are ruining Fort Smith while they profit off the blood and tears of the lives they upend. If your apartment is bought by them, prepare for the worst. Citizens of the city always suffer when they enter the picture. Are you a business owner? If they buy your building, you’ll be quickly shoved out the door as soon as the lease is up. Lived at one of their properties called Park Place. Terrible experience, tried contacting the office and even going in to try and get a breakdown of why we were paying so much for blinds to be replaced and no one would get back to us. The people in the front office were not helpful, if it was even open, it was always closed. They hiked rent up and used it to make cosmetic changes but nothing to actually fix the underlying issues.
