I moved in to one of their duplexes on South Q St last year in July And I have been quite pleased. The unit looks to be fairly new and came with most of the appliances I needed, stainless steel ones too. They take care of all the land care in the summer, they spray for bugs preventatively once a month, and if there is ever an issue with the unit I can make a simple maintenance request and it is taken care of. And the gentleman Omarion was nice to deal with when acquiring the place. Recommend★★★★★
I live at colony West apts and been here for 7 months now. It's been the best apts I've been in, in the last 10 years I've been in Fort Smith. Our property manager Omarion has been AMAZING. When ever I need assistance in fixing something, I get a reply or someone here within 24 hours if non emergency. I also have a special needs son and they went above and beyond to help with the shower for him. They have been the only managers that has ever helped me make it easier for my son. Since being under management they have monthly pests control that keep my apartment clean and sanitary .
I have had the pleasure of living at a Ghan and Cooper property for the last 3 years. The office staff and maintenance staff are always helpful and attentive. I would recommend this management company to anyone looking for a place to call home. They are one of the best in my experience.
