Today I picked up my machine. I’m embarrassed to say . I don’t remember the woman’s name. Regardless, she was the nicest . Most professional person. Albeit in the medical field or any other professional environment. I have ever met with. Obviously this is something new to me . She made me feel so comfortable. And within a half hour . I had a total grasp of what I was walking into. You are lucky to have her as an employee.
