Came to dr Ghali with rare condition. He seemed to beknowledgeable, but apparently gave only partial info to his own benefit. Told there are V-Beam lasers in Dallas, only at some hospitals, scheduled a treatment at hospital and informed that it can be pricey, however his office prob sent wrong cpt codes over and hospital came up with 17k charge for 10 minutes of laser time, his office had no desire to check with hospital for any error so we had to just cancel the procedure and look for other options. Dr Ghali himself is great….BUT the office staff is really something else. Most of the time nobody picks a call. I left messages couple of times but haven’t got any call back related to my concern. And today when I was explaining and expressing my dissatisfaction the persons on phone was rude and didn’t even let me finish what I was saying…. Dr Ghali was recommend to us by someone and we drive about an hour to see him, but now I feel like it’s time to change!!
I had heard excellent things about Dr. Ghali but was only able to schedule an appointment with his physician assistant, Nicole. I traveled a long distance for this visit and left very disappointed. Nicole did not come close to examine my infant and remained on the opposite side of the room. There was effectively no physical exam (which is interesting as I was told to fully undress her).
