Psychiatrists must distinguish themselves as accurate diagnosticians, and provide expert psychopharmacological treatment for their patients. Psychiatric diagnosis has long been misunderstood and those who suffer from mental illness have, unfortunately, been stigmatized. It is critical that we eradicate the shame and the confusion surrounding mental illness.

Excellent—very perceptive and is a font of good, practical advice. Extremely knowledgeable regarding medication.
Dr. Ghadimi is an exceptional doctor. She is patient, listens and understands her field as well as pharmacopoeia better than any Doctor who has treated me in the past. She maintains a very up to date awareness of new medicines, drugs and interactions. Her advice is always forthright and expressed with a feeling that you know she cares about her patients. I cannot give her a higher recommendation. Moreover, I have recommended Dr. Ghadimi to friends who have had the same experience.
Dr. Ghadimi is wonderful. In contradiction to other review, she does not order tests that are unnecessary. In fact, she is great about discussing options and gives the patient the chance to review and provide input to options that are available. The staff is efficient but can be a bit short with patients. Dr. Ghadimi is worth dealing with the staff person.
Lacks customer service. Nickels and dimes patients....Orders random, unneccesary tests and changes up medications each visit in order to up the bill. No empathy and feel worse when I leave.
My husband & I haven't found anyone with Dr. Ghadimi's diagnostic instincts or knowledge of medications since she left Connecticut. She must read widely, because she's the only doctor we've seen who thought to try adding prescription forms of Omega-3 fatty acids & the B vitamin derivative L-methylfolate to our regular meds. In my case, L-methylfolate made all the difference. She works with patients through trial and error, not hesitating to make changes but making them cautiously.
I would recommend Dr. Ghadimi without hesitation. She is extremely intelligent, efficient and supportive. I always walk out of her office feeling armed with the tools to handle whatever situations present themselves. She is also very professional and respects the privacy and dignity of her patients. M. Staff is extremely rude
Dr. Ghadimi has shown exceptional knowledge, focus and accuracy in diagnosis. Much time was saved in prescribing proper medication as her professionalism and insight was spot on. She provided a safe and relaxing atmosphere, which is complimented by her highly competent assistant, Lynn. Dr. Ghadimi listened carefully and patiently, always taking patient privacy into account and provided full details, thereby making the appointments full partnership in recovery. I am very grateful for her care!
Exceptionally compassionate and trustworthy doctor. Spends the amount of time needed to listen carefully, ask appropriate questions and to explain things. Beautiful relaxing office space. She included my family and their input to get a more comprehensive picture of my situation. I would definitely recommend her.
