My 7yr. Old daughter was terrified of dilation. (She had this done before at another place not related to this business) She teared up as we were getting ready to leave the house. But once we arrived at the office the staff was so friendly and Dr. Makoshi was very patient and had empathy with my daughters concerns. My daughter did the dialation process and we got through our initial appointment.
