Hello, I am the new property manager and would like to let everyone know that if you have an issue to please give me a call. I've been in the Real Estate business for many years and would like to raise the reviews on this business
LONG STORY SHORT....My application was approved. I was 1 of 3 people interested in the same home. Their processor "decided to go with a different applicant." One week later, I see the house up for rent on trulia again. So they took my application money, and after the transaction fell thru with the other renter, instead of contacting me to see if i was still interested, they just re-post it online? SHADY. When i texted Nita about it...NO RESPONSE. Take your application money and time elsewhere.
Do not let him manage your property! He let the renters have dogs and now my house smells like dog pee. The garage was left full of trash, the blinds that he said were going to be replaced due to the renters were not replaced, the grass is a foot tall, my shower is full of mold, and he didn't give me any notice that the renters were moving out.
