Do not use this company. Very unprofessional. Had appointment scheduled for weeks, cancelled at the last minute- now left scrambling. Poor communication. Just bad - BEWARE.
Recommendedthey came and fixed my appliance in one day. my refrigerator was not working properly there were able to diagnose and fix within the same day. I was very happy about that . I believe the price was reasonable for the work they had to do.
I scheduled an appoint for them on Friday. I wasn’t given a time, but was told someone would call me to let me know a time frame. At 1:00 PM, I called them because I hadn’t heard anything, and at 2:30 I got a call back that said “you’re going to be so mad at me.....I put you on the schedule for Monday instead of today”! I took a day off work for this poor service. NOT AGAIN.
Have used them a couple of times and been very pleased. Prompt, friendly, straightforward and helpful. Recommend!
Had an appliance issue on a 5 month old washer that I use at my Hair salon and the receptionist called and troubleshooted me through the entire process and it was a power outage that caused it to throw a code!! I was so happy to talk with an honest and respectful company. They didn’t even charge me a dime! Will definitely be using them in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone!
I use GH Appliance Reapair for all my rentals. They are fair, honest, reasonable and respectful!
They were quick to respond. In only 30 minutes my dryer was fixed. They seem very reliable and should I need anything in the future I won’t hesitate to call them.
