This shop is really a hit or miss! They are VERY LOUD! If you’ve never been make sure you ask because not all of them know how to braid they just grip tight! Be aware the ones that keep asking their co workers questions do not know what they are doing!
They cut my hair!!!! I got knotless braids. The first time I went to this shop, we had an issue with them giving me block braids instead of knotless. They did take them down and give me knotless as I asked. I went back 2 months ago and got knotless again. I'm in the middle of taking them down and I'm crying because they cut my hair so short! I'll be going back for 1 reason and that is to confront the woman who did it!

I was referred to this shop to get box braids. I can't say enough about this wonderful shop and the owner and the staff. The ladies were so nice. My hair looks gorgeous! They did a great job. I will definitely go back.
