RecommendedThe view is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
The level of disrespect and lack of customer service that my group and I received from this establishment was totally disheartening. Our hostess took our order and took over an hour to bring out our food. The Manager didn't help either, I am beyond UPSET but not really shock.. Giving customer service isn't something that restaurants with a "brand/name" really shoot for. I know my review means nothing to this organization, but the hostess (Lisa) gets a negative 1 for her performance today.

Excellent food and atmosphere.
What an amazing Thanksgiving experience. We have had thanksgiving dinner at several restaurants over the past handful of years. The authentic thanksgiving feast, table side carved turkey, amazing staff, and all the leftovers boxed up to take home, was simply amazing. We will be back next year and highly recommend!
