I just ate a slice of the smoked prime rib we bought for Christmas. I was audibly making noises when eating it because it's that good! I absolutely love all their meats. I'm not a turkey fan but I could eat a 1/2 pound of their smoked turkey by myself. SOOOOOO GOOD!
Best Ruben ever!!! This place is a great atmosphere warm hearted people and some really delicious food, a must anytime I visit Pueblo.

These folks have a gorgeous salad that is piled with sliced brisket that is AMAZING! Clean place, adequate parking, friendly staff...always a treat!
No distinct flavor, skimpy portions, bad location and bad acoustics inside. On top of the ho-hum dining experience, when some toddler shrieked, it reverberated through the entire building so loud I nearly jumped. That had no impact on my rating but it sure didn't help it either. The staff was nice but everything else was subpar. Someday Pueblo will get a good bbq place.
