Purchased some lights from GG Lighting back in December and unfortunately had some issues with them.I contacted GG lighting pulled up and got an exchange from them no questions asked they are quick they have amazing customer service. Can’t wait to see what i order next.
Ordered light pod brackets, took 2 weeks to ship and a phone call to get any movement. "Oops it slipped through the cracks". Okay no biggie, goes to install brackets. Tons of fitment issues immediately. Rubs metal to metal on both sides of my hood and presses into plastic when hood is closed. Reached out via email and have been ignored as well.
Purchased and installed a number of GG Lighting products in the past and I've always been impressed with the quality and pricing. Last year I purchased a set of 5" round 35w to replace the Baja Designs fogs I had installed in my 06 Sequoia. I was never happy with the installation of the square light in the round factory mounting location. I also purchased a pair of amber / white pods to mount on the rear of my vehicle to serve as chase lights and additional back up lighting. Ordered a set of used GP40 pods on clearance. Received the lights in 2 days. Upon opening the box, there was a note saying they sold out of the used lights and sent brand new ones. I wasn’t expecting new lights. They could have easily said they were out of stock and cancelled the order. It really says a lot about how they treat their customers.
Ordered some brackets 2 weeks ago... Mind you I placed my order on a business day at 10:48 AM Central so even earlier for them being Cali based. "Thank you for your recent purchase! We would like to inform you that any order that is currently in stock and placed before 2pm will be shipped on the same business day". Not a great first impression and I typically like to place my money in smaller business hands.
