Ordered 2 mats for my new Defender. The cost was just a bit above $100. I received them just now and they look cheap, definitely not what I would have thought $100 mats should look like. I wanted to return, they don't accept returns unless there is a fault in workmanship. Don't buy from these people without a return policy.
I would not recommend buying from this company. The ordering was difficult. I ordered the wrong matt and was not allowed to return it. Also, very poor quality carpet. Very overprice and cheap. I should have looked at their reviews before ordering
When I put in the text for embroidery on my Equinox floor mats, it appeared the text was very near the bottom of mat almost under the seat. So I called prior to submitting the order and the lady insured me that the text would be in the middle of the mats. Well, you guessed it ....... the text is at the bottom of the mats. When you open the car door 80% of text is visible. Once you sit down it cannot be seen. She lied to me just to make a sale.
I loved my mats! Was disappointed about the timing but they were perfect! Update: Decided to give them another chance at a different set of mats in remembrance of my late mother. Well, I did have to contact customer service for an update on the delivery again and when I received my mats the passenger side fit okay but my driver side DID NOT FIT. I’ve sent pictures and a video to show them it didn’t fit and a claim was filed over a month ago and I haven’t received any update on it and they don’t respond to my emails. I don’t ... read more
