Well, I understand that their business model is geared for designers and contractors. If you’re looking for an easy access customer focused tile store, this is not the one for you. They prequalify you through your Contractor and then you have to wait to set an appointment. If the contractor is already set up then maybe it’s worth a visit, otherwise it’s a little frustrating especially just to get an idea of what they carry.
Just walked in with my designer (who is Korean) and immediately got kicked out of the store. They said this store is only for designers and she said they she is a designer and they still told us to leave. We were just trying to look around. So embarrassing this racism is happening in Solana Beach.
