Did you know they are a UPS drop point? I did not. You box and print your own label, but they input your info and text you a receipt, this is better to me then driving to kokomo to drop it a shipper if you don't need to make that trip. The girl inside who helped me was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be using this place as my ups drop off from now on! Located in Broadway Plaza all the way down to the very end.

Do not use this location as a UPS pickup, she will open your packages. I will be reporting this to UPS.

Made an appointment and place was closed when i showed up. I drove 35 minutes to get there. This tax service business doesn't honor appointments very well. Not reliable, called a bunch of times and nothing. She calls back after an hour and 15 minutes later and tells me to come back. I went back and now there's a line, waited 15 minutes then left. Im not waiting in line when i had an appointment. unprofessional lady, what a waste of time!
