First, let me say the work here is always great, however I won’t be returning the benefit of the doubt was given yet again & the same outcome. No clarity in what you’re paying I literally got a full set & was asked if I wanted the cuticle cut which I’ve never had a full set without the cuticle being cut. I definitely recommend going here. The girl who did my nails did an all around great job. I will deff be going back. Also everyone was super nice.
I like to start with the positive beautiful place. My first experience was great. My second experience not so great but worth the try again. Now my 3rd and final experience was not so great the nail tech did a great job I went in for a simple take off service and I believe she is the manager was so pushy trying to force me to add on a manicure I told her a good three times I wasn’t interested and boy did her attitude change. Kay was amazing, and because of her professionalism and kindness, I tipped her more than my service. (Updated from 2 stars on behalf of Kay, to 1 star because Vi’s response to my review lacks integrity regarding our encounter) Unfortunately, my experience with Vi, who I believe is the owner, was very unprofessional. She insisted that my niece get a full set instead of a fill. My niece politely declined.
