They forgot my top coat and now I can’t go back. But nice folks and beautiful inside but just need a plus size friendly chairs. I felt y a guy watching the lady do my nails. This was my time to relax and I wasn’t.
First, let me say the work here is always great, however I won’t be returning the benefit of the doubt was given yet again & the same outcome. No clarity in what you’re paying I literally got a full set & was asked if I wanted the cuticle cut which I’ve never had a full set without the cuticle being cut. Then there was an additional charge for the almond shape. You’re already cutting & shaping the nail so why all the extra charges?! At first, the service was good ( like when they moved to their new location). I get dipped nails and lately have noticed that they break very easily. I noticed that they are only putting one coat of the dip, but still charging the $60 - $75 price. I feel this is very high, considering that there's no tips, no different or crazy shape and no art work. I was going every two weeks and this last time, I had to go back after only a week, because 3 nails had broke. Also... Be careful, because when they 'offer' you a drink, a shoul... read more
I just had my second experience at G&G salon. As someone who works in customer service; it is incredibly important to me knowing what we pay for these services. The customer service is top tier. The owners and staff are very friendly but also respectful. Such a relaxing experience every time I have been there. The quality of the work is exceptional AND consistent.
