GG Karavas at Hunter & Maddox was the property manager at our rental in Point Loma. It was a great experience. She came in-person to help us get moved in, and was very responsive to maintenance requests and getting them fixed right away. The online portal she setup covered rent payments/deposits/maintenance all in one place. The move out process was swift, and my security deposit was returned quickly and fairly. As a renter, I’d highly suggest using GG as a property manager.

My wife and I worked with GG on two occasions. The first time, she helped us find a rental house in San Diego while we were still living in Boston. She set up a website for us to browse listings, then visited the homes we liked in person. She took photos and videos and shared helpful insights about the neighborhoods.
