We recently purchased a Matrix A50 Elliptical and R50 recumbent bike from G&G fitness. I know next to nothing about fitness equipment, but I recently decided that it was time to get my bum off of the office chair and into high gear. There's quite a good selection of equipment here and I had trouble deciding what a beginner like me should go for. The associates here took care of that for me and were super helpful! I've known Mitch for years and the guy's been a fantastic person and one of the most dedicated people I've ever known. He's a personal trainer and he helped me start a workout routine that fit my needs and skill level perfectly. Now that he's at G&G he's done a great job recommending equipment to allow me to workout from home, and continued to give great tips to facilitate my progress. Definitely a fantastic trainer and all around awesome guy!
Went in to buy a new pull down bar. Everything in the store has a posted price but he kept upcharging claiming "tariffs". I would never go here again. There is another fitness shop across from Summit Mall that is really good and the gentleman working there knows his stuff. G&G just keeps repeating go the website.
Mitchel made my experience top-notch from start to finish. His expertise and friendly approach made it easy to find the perfect equipment. I really appreciated how patient and attentive he was throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for good exercise equipment!
