I know next to nothing about fitness equipment, but I recently decided that it was time to get my bum off of the office chair and into high gear. Mitchel at G&G Fitness Equipment is fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive while helping me choose the perfect equipment for my home gym. He took the time to understand my needs and gave honest recommendations, making the whole process seamless.
I've known Mitch for years and the guy's been a fantastic person and one of the most dedicated people I've ever known. He's a personal trainer and he helped me start a workout routine that fit my needs and skill level perfectly. Now that he's at G&G he's done a great job recommending equipment to allow me to workout from home, and continued to give great tips to facilitate my progress. Definitely a fantastic trainer and all around awesome guy!
Went in to buy a new pull down bar. Everything in the store has a posted price but he kept upcharging claiming "tariffs". I would never go here again. There is another fitness shop across from Summit Mall that is really good and the gentleman working there knows his stuff. G&G just keeps repeating go the website.
Mitchel made my experience top-notch from start to finish. His expertise and friendly approach made it easy to find the perfect equipment. I really appreciated how patient and attentive he was throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for good exercise equipment!
