I know next to nothing about fitness equipment, but I recently decided that it was time to get my bum off of the office chair and into high gear. I've known Mitch for years and the guy's been a fantastic person and one of the most dedicated people I've ever known. He's a personal trainer and he helped me start a workout routine that fit my needs and skill level perfectly. Now that he's at G&G he's done a great job recommending equipment to allow me to workout from home, and continued to give great tips to facilitate my progress. Definitely a fantastic trainer and all around awesome guy!
