I stated working out at GFX in January, and I love it!!! Great workouts, on nice equipment with a good vibe and community.
GFX is an awesome workout! It’s a full body Tabata style workout that is fun and moves quickly. The instructors are fun and care about your technique and progress! Highly recommend!
Great space, instructor and workout. They vibes were high. They have a lot of good equipment that's tough without being gimmicky. The format of the workout was challenging but nice in that it wasn't a lot of quick moving from on station to the other like a lot of other gyms. They kept us moving almost the entire time so my muscles were shaking at the end. Will definitely come back!
Stellar work out. Every instructor is absolutely incredible.
