Great space, instructor and workout. They vibes were high. They have a lot of good equipment that's tough without being gimmicky. The format of the workout was challenging but nice in that it wasn't a lot of quick moving from on station to the other like a lot of other gyms. They kept us moving almost the entire time so my muscles were shaking at the end. Will definitely come back!

GFX Fit has been a game changer! I've been going for a few weeks now and I'm hooked. McKenna is hands down the best trainer around—high energy, knowledgeable, and seriously gets results. The owner is super friendly and always makes a point to say hi, which adds a personal touch you don't find everywhere. Highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area.

I’ve been going to classes here for the last few months and it has been amazing! The coaches and staff are all very friendly and welcoming, no matter your physical ability. The workouts are challenging, and the coaches push you, creating a great atmosphere! 10/10 I would highly recommend checking this place out!
