Service itself has been fine. But trying to get any sort of CUSTOMER SERVICE if you have questions for a business account is horrible. I handle our commercial account at WEHCO Video Client Care...I have been trying to contact to get an answer regarding our account since 06/01/26, it is now 07/28/26. I have submitted online requests through the account as the automated voice when calling suggests, then I receive a confirmation email that says someone will be back with me within 48 hours yet nobody gets back with me.
