i guess this is how their drivers empty the dumpster ,they just leave throw it in there ,and leave the doors open,so cars can get hit by the doors swinging in the wind,a few weeks ago the dumpster was half way in the ally way,how difficult is it to take the extra 5 seconds to close the doors or put the dumpster where it was before it was emptied

I sure hope the City of Auburn-hills doesn't renew the contract with this company. Today is Thursday and trash was supposed to be picked up Tuesday. They always leave the can in the street and my can was hit by a car. If they spill anything on the road they never pick it up. Very unprofessional company. Hope we get waste management back.

Blatant discrimination, targeting and poor management. The safety officer is a power tripper who singles out people. We have dumped there consistently over the last 3 weeks and on 3 occasions where the safety officer was present, the safety officer approached with hostility and disrespect. As a driver myself i have experienced the saftey officer's disrespect and hostility. This slowly escalated to the saftey officer stepping up on one of our workers with hostility. I was able to dump my load faster bc of the added bays. 15 minutes scaled in dumping and a dig out was pretty fast.
