Not happy at all. Had my mattress scheduled for pickup and disposal. They never came. Its been 4 days now, I call them everyday and they say leave it outside, we are sending a truck now, but they never show. My mattress is now all covered with snow and dirty and cant leave it anywhere but on the curb.

Garbage service!
hidden fees hidden fess! they relocate the bins and charge you hundreds of dollars when they wish! There is a #1,300 cancellation fee who they never talk about before you want to cancel. So many other fees they charge without you knowing. I talked to Steve personally and he said all you have to pay is garbage collection. Now they charge all kind of non-disclosed fees and he is like I am busy I gotta go. Avoid at all cost.
