Can't get a person on the phone. No return calls. Ridiculous amount of old information to hear just to press a number. Then never an answer.
GFL is the worst to deal with they hang up on you, when you can talk with someone they transfer the call and it gets dropped
Gfl just started Trash Service for the city of Holdenville. we have had nothing but problems from day1. it's been a month now and still no Polly Cart. Gfl blames the city for not sending in invoices and the city blames Gfl for saying they send a list everyday. the city went in a 5 year contract with them Bad bad bad Idea. I just hope the city can break Contract for Service not Rendered .
Very bad service. Not worth he money. B&S treats you better
