I called to get a roll off at my residence. The Lady I talked to at GFL was so helpful !! l requested the driver call me 30 minutes prior to arriving, The drive did call me and let me know he was on his way. I let the driver know when he got there where I wanted the dumpster placed. He placed it exactly where I wanted it and did very little damage to my yard! I called for a pick up and they sent a different driver and he was also kind and courteous and removed the dumpster without damaging the yard!!! Both of these drivers a... read more

Terrible. Called to start service 8/29. First pickup was for 9/3 because of Labor Day. Didn’t happen. I call 9/3 and they said they’ll send some out 9/4. No pick up. Called 9/5 said they’ll send someone and will for sure pick up on scheduled pickup day (Tuesday 9/9) Again no pickup. They gladly took my money for three months of service but are not picking up my trash! I keep getting the run around when calling. Trash company, pun intended.
