Our process was difficult and time consuming (due to reasons with us, not ****). **** still maintained the very best customer service and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. He always returned every call, email, and text message.

**** helped me step by step through the entire process. Since I am recently retired with only retirement income, he gave me great advice to advance the loan through. This is a bit trickier than you think. I hit a number of roadblocks that he helped navigate me through. The toughest was when the appraisal came in lower than expected which mean a lot more out of pocket money for me. **** said it was a bad appraisal, and backed it up by paying for a second appraisal on his end.
