Brian was very helpful in the entire home buying process. He was very responsive, informative, knew the exact steps we needed to take, and worked well with our real estate agent. As a first time home buyer, we had many questions and at times did not know where to start. He was very clear in explaining what documents we needed to gather, the next steps, and was very patient with us. We would recommend him to any of our friends or colleagues looking to buy a home. Our lender, Brian, was very prompt in helping us refinance. He made the process simple and quick. Brian also replied quickly to emails and addressed our questions thoroughly. It was definitely a great opportunity working with him.

This is a predatory loan company. The have sent multiple "notices" to my address claiming I need to call them in regards to my VA Home Loan. It is a complete scam. Beware! Edit: I wanted to post this update in hopes someone reads this review prior to taking into account the higher rating. It is likely other reviews are fake since it is well known this is a predatory company with many filed complaints. Please don't be a victim.

I really didn't know what to expect when I signed my contract for my first home. Since it was a new construction loan, I've had to wait almost a year before my home was completed. Originally, I was working with a lender that was recommended by the builder; however, my chanced meeting with Brian was pure serendipity which occurred a few months before the loan was set to close.
