Terrible company. Consistently does not pickup my trash when I call all I get is excesses. No one likes your company. Do you read your reviews. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the Tazewell county and state attorney general.
They left all my stuff at the curb on throw away all your old stuff day. As far as I am concerned GFL stands for Goons For Life.
Missed several weeks in a row for various services. Myself and neighbors affected contacted and were lied to about the truck arriving early in the morning. Several of us have our bins out the evening before. Having been missed for 3/4 pickups at that point, refund seemed acceptable. Was told that would not be happening until threatening a better business review, which still was like pulling teeth. So expensive prices have more than doubled in 3 years!!!! Almost tripled as of this month.
Total rip off .... anyone is better than this company
