I'll never understand incompetence. We've had issues with this company from the get go. I finally talked with the driver because I decided to help put the trash in the truck and he flat out told me, "Yeah, I just skip houses if I don't feel like doing my job". The fact that he's flat out telling me this says all I need to know about the company. We've even had to call them and now they're saying, "Well, we don't do that anymore. Terrible company. Consistently does not pickup my trash when I call all I get is excesses. No one likes your company. Do you read your reviews. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the Tazewell county and state attorney general.
They left all my stuff at the curb on throw away all your old stuff day. As far as I am concerned GFL stands for Goons For Life.
Missed several weeks in a row for various services. Myself and neighbors affected contacted and were lied to about the truck arriving early in the morning. Several of us have our bins out the evening before. Having been missed for 3/4 pickups at that point, refund seemed acceptable. Was told that would not be happening until threatening a better business review, which still was like pulling teeth.
