Love this Gym! The owner and staff are all really wonderful to work with and the classes are fire! You'll be sweating for sure
Definitely a gym I feel safe and motivated to workout at. It's hard to find a gym that has cool people that would really motivate you and support you and this gym has that. Mike is an awesome trainer and he really help me strengthen both of my legs as I had one leg weaker than the other from previous accident. If you're looking for a great workout, definitely a great gym to go to!
