Jazmin at the 991 W Hudson office was very rude. She was in a hurry and lacks the patience to deal with patients concerns. She tried to tell me that the pain is from the tooth and once its removed, there should not be any more pain. The tooth that is being extracted is not causing pain and telling someone that pulling a tooth will not cause pain after when there is a huge open wound where the tooth was ripped out of the gum is a lie. Front desk and management need to be changed . pamela was extremely rude and so was the lady at the desk have been waiting a month to get in for pain and they cant do it because i have private insurance and medicaid patients come first , wish they wouldve told me this office was medicaid only and i wouldve went else where
