So disappointed! I’ve never felt so unseen in my life. This was a horrible experience. My doctor refused to listen to me. Everything I would say she would talk about her years of experience. She did not value me as an individual.
The pharmacy staff working on October 2nd were extremely rude. You can’t even point out a mistake without them becoming annoyed or defensive. This is not the first time I’ve went up there and they have been rude or had a snark attitude.
If I could leave negative reviews I would. I had an appointment with JAYMAR Browne which I heard great things about her. I was looking forward to my appointment. I got to the office early, filled out my paperwork just to wait 45 mins before even being called back. I checked with the front desk to ensure I was checked in and they confirmed I was. Dr Trevedi is my primary and she is fantastic. She makes me feel so comfortable talking to her. She has been able to address all my medical issues successfully.
