Horrible management.
They’re online payment portals are ridiculous. Moved in April of 2020, two months later we get an eviction notice stating “we didn’t pay rent”. Part of the rent was taken due to a car note, but we realized it before hand and repaid the balance. Printed off our transcripts from the payment portal because they asked for proof and they said if we showed proof we paid , it all would be swept under the rug. No! This place has very unprofessional management. They let themselves right into the apartment unannounced when told not to enter the unit if no one was home. They will never get back to you if you message them regarding an important issue. Also if you have friends over, make sure they park on the street because they will tow your car asap despite there being dozens of open parking spots.
