I rent an apartment with GF Real State February 2024, lot’s of money to move at Plaza of the Americas Sunny Isles . Immediately I started having maintenance issues , pluming, leaks , electrical problems appliances in bad conditions , mold in the A/C , roaches , the apartment is on Uninhabitable conditions in the kitchen and they are making me pay for things that are old and was already broken before.
