I've had great experiences with Dr. Gex. This is my first pregnancy and he has been a godsend. He answers all my questions. Makes sure all tests are done in a timely fashion and has sufficiently prepared me for what to expect. I love the staff. They are super friendly and sweet and Melissa was amazing when I had questions about my insurance. I'm kinda on the needy side for this pregnancy and they are very understanding and accommodating.
They make it obvious your questions are not of importance never return phone calls they promise to review and call you by end of day but it never happens. I will leave voicemails and talk to a nurse they promise to call but never do. Its obvious they don't feel your questions are important.
