Pay for the “best” internet package yet there is constant issues with my service. Pay almost $300 every month for subpar internet and electric; in a two bedroom apartment. Wish voting to rid this town of the monopoly this company is was an option on Nov 4th ballot.
Hate, hate, hate this company! Don't use your credit card to pay. The employees have no clue how to operate it for some reason. Simple transactions are so complicated for them. I split my son's deposit with someone else. They took the full amount out of his, on top of taking my payment. Now they say they credited it back to my account and it has NOT! The employees were so rude to us trying to figure it out. They said it's MY problem now because their system says it was returned. WE NEED ANOTHER ELECTRIC COMPANY!
I would just like to say i just recently got my bill for this month and it is $321, last months bill was $291 and the month before that $271. The excuse i get when i call into customer service is that I am to blame and that it’s hotter than it was last month and the month before. Do you know how idiotic that sounds. Just got off the phone with customer service. The representative I spoke with was polite and did his best to assist, and I genuinely appreciate that effort. That said, I’m incredibly frustrated by what appears to be a serious billing issue. I'm a single individual with consistent utility usage, and on average my bills are around $300 a month.
