I just want to say GEUS lied about their policy in reference to the late fees. I moved to Greenville in the summer of 2022, and Ive had late fees every month except for 2. According to a response they gave another person filing a claim about their fees and grace ******* GEUSs comment was the fees are not applied for 15 days and theres still an ******** period after the 15th before disconnect. Thats a LIE! My current bill was due on 11-28-2023 and since I was paid (early) on 11-29-2023, I was already charged a late fee of $8.... read more
