I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Stephanie was great. Attentive to detail. But when it got getting things done, Kristen was gone. Ghosted us. We called, emailed, texted and even went to the office, which no one heard about them being there. Our landlord was harassing us, violating almost all tenant rights, and they did nothing. It felt like they were working for the landlord. Due yourself a favor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
